Our Methodology

A Partnership: Our partnership methodology is based on trust. Trust that our client has the capacity to reach Fiero Moments beyond their own beliefs. Trust that we, Flow Fiero, will be there every step of the journey to challenge, support and encourage the progress until the Transformation flourishes.
Programs: Our programs are structured operating systems designed based on proven best practices, and incorporating set experiential and virtual tools to reach the envisioned transformation.
Packages: Scheduled, on-demand, just-in-time packages of coaching sessions accessible over a set time period as desired by the client. This privileged service is reserved for the discerning client with whom we have already built a relationship.
